Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are available in-person in Mount Pleasant, SC, or via Zoom for clients anywhere in the world.
How long is each session?
All regular coaching sessions are 60 minutes. The initial session for first-time clients is 90 minutes to allow for a thorough introduction and goal-setting.
How many sessions do I need?
3 sessions is recommended to understand if life coaching is right for you. For effective and meaningful change, a minimum of 12 sessions is recommended — this gives us the time to move past surface-level goals into the deeper work of building new patterns, perspectives, and momentum that stick.
What happens after I pay?
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. Then book your sessions directly through Kristy's contact page → Kristy will reach out within 24 hours to schedule at a time that works for you.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your card details are never stored on this website.
Can I split package sessions over time?
Absolutely. Package sessions can be scheduled at a pace that works for your life — weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed. Sessions expire after one year from the date of purchase.
